Dos semanas sin servicio en Apple tv, cuando funcionará de nuevo, no me sirve pagar una cuenta si no va a funcionar
Two weeks with no service in Apple tv, I will not pay for an app that does not work

It is lovely that Crunchyroll is on AppleTV. It would be better if it worked. Please please please fix the "there was an error loading this content" - error that has been plagueing us since September 2018!

Does anybody from Crunchyroll ever respond to these posts?
There are pages and pages of the same issue as mine, yet not one response.

Honestly, why have a forum if you’re just gonna ignore it.

So here’s a question I’m sure we’re all wondering about. Is there a competitor you might recommend?

It appears like Crunchyroll doesn't care about Apple TV users. Even if they provide a revenue source for the company. I've not been able to use the Apple TV app for days now. It just get server errors or the app will not even connect at all. I wonder if it's really worth paying for a service I'm unable to use. I mean Crunchyroll isn't currently providing ANY service to me, not even customer service!

iPhones and iPads also experience the Resource is unavailable grey box error! Crunchyroll has chosen to ignore its users contact Apple
Explain the developer has a non functional app in the App Store and they refer you back to the developer it’s
A nightmare! Also one would expect the developer to address these massive quality issues of the site but no not one word.

Yeah, this is really getting annoying. I have been getting errors for many days on Apple TV. Can<t load videos and access my queue.

I can’t get CR on my Apple TV. Customer service says many customers are experiencing this problem. However, before they said that, they suggested deactivating my device and then reloading. Not only did this NOT help, but now I can’t reactivate my Apple TV device. Help?

No puedo ver Crunchyroll en mi apple tv desde hace tiempo, me dice que no se puede reproducir por el momento y errores diversos, saben cuando estará resuelto? o con quien puedo ver? (Soporte)

No entiendo como puede pasar tanto tiempo.sin que arreglen problema con Apple tv de generaciones pasadas. Pero que tal a la hora de cobrar....

Buenas noches Mi apple TV de la generacion anterior al intentar repriducir me dice que tiene problemas al consultar este foro me doy cuenta que no soy el unico con este problema , les solicito nos de respuesta lo mas pronto posible , gracias

For the last past week, we have been experiencing problems, viewing CR on our Apple TV.

At first, the CR itself won"t load at all.
And then, after 2-3 days, right now, CR will load and we can roam around the menus as usual. But when we click on any Anime episode, it won"t load and an error message appears: "CR is not available right now, try again later."
AGGGGHHHHH! :(

We are using a 2nd generation Apple TV and we are living in Germany right now.

Does anyone have an up-to-date Info or solution about this problem?

Que onda gente, este problema sigue y no hay respuesta oficial de Crunchyroll

Creo que es importante que nos respondan pues sería muy fácil para nosotros decidir continuar con el servicio o no si tenemos claramente especificado en que sistemas si va a funcionar o no. Sin embargo esta incertidumbre no ayuda a nadie, ni a los usuarios ni a la empresa.
