I do not have a favorite. There are so many that I watch and rewatch for the story , the charactors and the artwork. and there are some I don't watch for the same reasons and ther are some I truly wish were not one hit wonders and would still be continuing.

One of my favorite anime's is Candy Candy or Kyandi Kyandi. My mom saw it as a child and so she made me watch it. It made me cry!!!! I wish I could find where to see it again.

I've only really started loving anime over the past two years. One of my favorites is My Hero Academia because of Shigaraki. I feel like we actually get to see him grow as a villain alongside Midoriya. I've also been a fan of Fairy Tail since the beginning. It isn't necessarily a great anime, it's the same thing over and over again, but the strength for friendship and family aspect is real. This is true of D.Gray-Man as well, in Allen. I aspire to be like Natsu and Allen and Midoriya, strong to a fault to protect what I love.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is my personal favourite because of the in-depth character development and plot. The OSTs are brilliantly produced and fit their respective scenes beautifully. My favourite part out of them all, so far, has been Vento Aureao - One of the most passionate and well detailed in the entire series.

-Signing out, Kira

AKATSUKI NO YONA

Art, characters, story... All characters have development. Pierrot Studios did an extraordinary work when comes art, effects, music, sound. And the story is so complex. Each scene you see, you understand that there is more than just one explanation for it. For example, one above has more than one as well. I am not going to spoiled, but I truly advise people to see it.. It's a brilliant story!

story:Once upon a time, the kingdom of Kouka was ruled by a red dragon in human form. By his side, four warriors imbued with dragon blood helped him lead the kingdom to prosperity. Time passed, and this tale became a legend to tell children.

As the sole princess of Kouka, Yona lives a life of lavish ease. In love with her cousin, Su-won, and protected by her bodyguard, Son Hak, she wants for nothing and remains sheltered from the harrowing reality outside the castle walls. Contrary to this peaceful illusion, Kouka is about to undergo a political upheaval. After her beloved Su-won stages a bloody coup and murders her father, Yona is forced to flee with only Hak by her side.

Though surrounded by enemies on all sides, the banished princess still yearns to save her kingdom. Her solution comes from an exiled priest, who tells her that her only hope is to find the four legendary dragon warriors. Guided by this seemingly fictitious myth, Yona sets out to find these warriors, determined to restore her kingdom.

Basically, this summary is what the first season is all about.
It only has one season until now, where 48 chapters from 174 (until now) are animated.

No confirmations if it's in fact canceled. Anime is far more popular now.

In the beginning, I saw a lot of people criticizing the anime because only see chapters these adapted, who don't not even follow half of the story.

To things like My room mates a cat

It changes based on my mood currently its The Promised Neverland The
idea that anyone could just choose one is highly improbable

That is difficult, but right now, those would be Wotakoi and Golden Kamuy.

Drrrrrrryyyyy

Who could ever forget the otter stew?

The reasons are manifold: Neither is a high school romance (although I do like some of that type), neither is actual fantasy (although Sugimoto's imperviousness is unreal).
Wotakoi takes some very real characters, situations and settings and creates something that is both very subtle and funny at the same time. Darn good writing.

Golden Kamuy is just an awesome swashbuckling yarn with constant touches of madness and an absurd sense of humour. Superior.

Mind you, I did love Black Lagoon back in the day, and am still very fond of it, and Kill la Kill was weirdly intoxicating, too.

And the Captain started it all, and will forever rule.

That's a hard 1. I probably will never watch enough to come to a decision. But honorable mentions include DB(Z) (Super), Bleach, Sailor Moon (Crystal), Naruto Shippuden, FullMetal Alchemist (Brotherhood), HunterXHunter, Yu-Gi-Oh, Voltron, Thundercats, He-Man, She-Ra, Inuyasha, Attack On Titan, Kill La Kill, Mushrambo, Gurren Lagann, Soul Eater, Black Clover, Fairy Tale, Toriko, & Yu Yu Hakusho.Of course that list is not inclusive & I'm sure more would be added soon. Sry I can't help myself & can't choose. THAT'S AN ANIME FAN 4 YA!

Attack on Titan especially season one for the feeling of hopelessness and horror. I also love Elfen Lied with all of my heart for just how sad it is.
