So basically, did your bones fracture or break before? like from sports or another accident? I remember when some Canadian put his hand in a bear trap and now he has an iron fist, capable of punching with superhuman strength.

Yes, I fractured both my left thumb and maybe my right middle knuckle from doing karate.
How I fracture my thumb I'm glad you asked!

So I was 15, still young and in my youth and still fit. I was sparring with a friend and our hands collided, it hurt a little but I shake it off.
No, not as in Taylor Swift's "Shake it off". (Fuck you Taylor Swift, your older stuff was better and more genuine!)

anyway

AND then it collided with my friends hipbone a minute later and my hand was in great pain, I never felt anything as bad in my life. At the end of the lesson I told my dad that I thought it was broken or something in that matter and he just said "oh yeah nah, it's just a jar". I wasn't sure so I asked again and he looked at it for a few seconds and said "nah, ur good".

Year and a half later I went to a physio and the guy said "your thumbs calcified, you broke your thumb.
I still laugh when I think of it.

totally broke the two bones in my right forearm. Had to have a long heavy wire shoved into one to hold it together while healing because of how shattered it was.

Fractured a bone in my right foot big toe. I was working, and told to clean an area, while I worked I bumped into something loosely hanging on the wall, and it fell at a weird angle where the edge hit my toe just right. I had to go from work to the hospital. And then the fun continued there, as they had to take a hot poker thing and slowly stick it through my toe nail over and over again to relieve the pressure. Oh, what fun that night was. And then of course, a few weeks later, while my toe was still recovering, the friend that was driving me to work told me he was moving and couldn't anymore, so I had to quit. I hated that job anyways, but still, he's the one that wanted me to come work with him.

Been pretty lucky. 34 years and the worst I've had was a broken pinky finger from a sledding accident when I was a kid and broke my little toe a few years ago when I stubbed it.

I've had my arm in a cast a couple of times because of skateboarding and snowboarding. Also that one time when the front wheel of a moped fell off. No complicated fractures, though.

I would be cool if one of your elbows got post-fractured like a lot of Thai boxers, which are superhuman plus stronger than adamantium.

The joint in my pinky broke in a drunken fist fight once, if that counts. Apparently it can't go back to normal, so it will forever look bent.

Other than that, no.
