How to switch membership with a new credit card ?

I go here to switch to my new credit card.
https://www.crunchyroll.com/premium_pick_plan?membership=premium

But after choosing my new card I get:


Sorry, you are ineligible because you already had a free trial or are currently a Premium Member.



I don't know what to do now.

I have the same issue, all I want to do is use my card to pay for a subscription.

Is there any more information on how to do this Crunchyroll? I do not want to switch to one of your competitors...

The post above you has a crown by the username, but you don't, so yours should work if you visit that link above yours. Are you saying that link still doesn't work? /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium

If so, first try another bare bones browser with no extensions or add-ons, but If that's still really the case, then you'll have to contact support directly: /contact

If you do end up having to contact support, you'll get two bot mails, then as many as several days later, occasionally longer if they are buried, you will get a third email from a real person to interact with.

In your case, you have a crown, and your visible profile says "Premium Member" so you're already premium (or there's a problem with your account status), but you can't use the initial payment sign-up page for new memberships to change existing status. That is only for users who are not currently premium status.

If the new card is entered here: /acct/billing, then can you swap payment methods here?

If not, then it might be a matter of waiting until the pre-paid time expires and you are no longer premium, or it might be a problem and you also would have to contact support using the link in the above post.
