Cannot change card

I have two cards on my account I would like to switch to the other one it will not let me delete the current one because it says it's being used to Bill.

It says my account was switch to free and when I try to upgrade it says I still have the premium.

Can you change it here first?

If that works, then you should be able to go back and delete your other card.

Otherwise, you'll have to contact support: /contact
Which will result in two bot emails at first, then several days (or longer) later, a third email would come from a real person to interact with.

No when I click upgrade it still says I have premium...

I'm gonna wait 24 hours and see if it's not done reverting to free yet or something..then I'll contact support
