iOS App Crash When I Try To Log In

Streaming Via: 4g or Wifi
OS Version: 12.1.4
App Version: 3.4.1

The app was working fine til I got a pop up saying my session expired and it automatically logged me off. When I try to log back on the app crash to home screen. I have tried reinstalling the app 2 times but it did not helped.

Crunchyroll has been experiencing major stability issues across platforms. The service refuse to upgrade it hardware or hire competent staff.

The app crashes when trying to:
- log in
- create account
- try 14 day premium

If it were not for the explore now button when the app first launches you couldnt even use the app

This HAS to be fixed quickly

Same here, on iphone xs max with the latest ios the app is crashing when i tap on login. imposible to use (i'm a preminuim i can't use my accout )

Hey guys, just wanted to update you. I had the same issue for like, 4 months and saw on a Reddit a guy saying that fixed the crash by changing the app language. I tried some combinations and this one worked "Interface Language: English (US) / Content Language: Espanol (Espana)" and they I was able to login. Hope you guys fix this issue as well. But yeah, what a BAD customer service by CR. This is absurd actually. Good luck and hope this helps.
