It's astounding how incompetently run this website is. You'd think that with AT&T owning them now, they would actually try to fix the website in a timely manner.


Yeah, it's really upsetting. A site which has a lot of members - a lot of paying ones - should be maintained but they don't. I don't understand what they're thinking. This is stupid.

Then the forum will still exist. But only with the topics, started before the appearance of that glitch, as long, as people still post in them.

No new topics? Wow. This is just getting worse.
Well, this is officially my last day of premium, assuming they don't continue to charge me despite the cancellation. I've seen a few topics on that issue on these forums, so it is a possibility.

If I do get charged tomorrow I'll just go cancel and replace my card. Seems like less of a hassle than dealing with CR customer service.

So this is goodbye. I won't return to this site once my premium is gone.

Edit: If for some strange reason someone wants to chat, same username on reddit.

PM is still disabled. I'm disappointed but not surprised. I'm just glad it seems my guestbook isn't making errors anymore.

I'm curious though since I've seen some comments on other threads here about seeing phantom messages... are there still people who can access their inbox?

Mine have been saying the same thing, "Private Messages temporarily disabled. Try again soon!" Its been like that for over 6 months now. I just wanna know whats going on and if Crunchyroll is aware of it and working on fixing it.

this is honestly so annoying. this is a big company we’re talking about, and they can’t even spend the money to hire coders that can fix glitches on their site? i swear, this website is sometimes completely unusable because of the slowness and glitches. crunchyroll needs to actually be professional and present themselves with pride. also, these forums look like they’re stuck in 2008.

I been having the "Private Messages temporarily disabled. Try again soon!" error for a few months now. I just checked today and I'm still getting the error. It's really annoying that no one who works for Crunchyroll is doing anything about this problem.

Wait... 6 months? Some of us have only gotten this issue for a month or so (the months before was the 'phantom/invisible' message bug).

So they've been neglecting this problem for months and it's spreading? That's... not very good to hear.

They ain't doing shit.



They won't do shit, because they just wont.

They took out view counter, disabled making threads and PMs and inbox.

They probably found out that without actually fixing the problem, things would get worse. Oh no that means actually doing some hard work.... , or just simply out sourcing it out to slave labor.

They should probably buy some carbon offsets for all the plastic they are selling to.

Must be a hard life you know. Sitting in a office all day.
