invalid multipass error when trying to log in to the store

I have tried to log into the store from several different devices and browsers. Every time I receive an error claiming "Invalid Multipass request. The given email address is already used by another customer (with a different Multipass identifier)."

I went into my settings and deactivated every device listed. I now am trying to log via this computer and nothing works.

having same issue, everytime i try, any pc, phone or ipad i always get the error when i click log in on store, never even lets me try to enter my email and i get this;

Oops, something went wrong.

What happened?
Invalid Multipass request. The given email address is already used by another customer (with a different Multipass identifier).

There is a quick 5 sec scan screen thing when i restart pc says something about ddos protection or something, maybe an overzealous "protection"?

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. No matter what device I use or if I restart my computer, it doesn't work

This might work for you:
So I sent a message to the help team and I had to change my email (and verify it) and I was able to access the store.

They said if I change my email back to the original one and verify it, it could fix the problem, but I tried it and got the error message again. So for now I'll use my second email.

Same problem for me. Changing the email worked temporarily, but once I switched it back to the correct one it went back to erroring out.

Anyone else have better luck with this?

I know the Roosterteeth store has a similar issue where their help team has found a way to 'recover the account'--and I also found changing my email worked, though changing it back didn't. Interestingly though, the one order I've done didn't show up as being credited to my account. Maybe it happens when you place an order with your main email but neglect to log into the store?

This is a little late but you said you ordered something right? So if it wasn't like a membership or gift card, did you receive it? Now I am paranoid that my figmas' and clothes I ordered won't come.
