Tsugumomo is borderline hentai and pedo-pandering all the way through, but the mangaka's attention to even minor details and his AMAZING action scenes are some of the best I have seen ANYWHERE. And he does it all himself. You can even watch him stream drawing his next chapter.

Don't bother googling for the action scenes. All you will find are the ecchi ones... Just read it. It's actually really good if you don't mind the hentai parts.

Shokugeki no Soma! Sorta mainstream but every drawing looks tantalizingly delicious.

I love Ginga densetsu weed and ginga nagareboshi gin art. I'm not huge manga person anyway but these two stay in my mind for art.

I would also like to add Trigun and Hikaru no Go, but I think Hellsing's art is very nice too and so is Ah! My Goddess. Desert Punk aka Sunabouzu's manga artwork looks awfully underrated, great details on the rifles.

JoJo would be an honourable mention since the composition of every page is insane. I would say, from the top of my head, Claymore if you want some amazing monster design and Murcielago because it has some amazing poses as well as, when MC is drawn in menacing way, it really feels menacing.

I was sooo surprised that Kentaro Miura with Berserk was first mentioned only at the end of page 2 O__O
Undoubtly best art ever, I totally agree!

Boichi is a given. Simply awesome!
Even going 3D

Moreover, I really enjoy some of CLAMP's older styles. X 1999 is great, Cardcaptor Sakura is nice and RG Veda is still one of my favourites.

I also enjoy Shun Saeki's art in Shokugeki no Souma a lot :3
One could say that Fullmetal Alchemist's art per se might not be the most awesome one in existence, but it's really harmonises with the characters, the story and the mood of the manga *______* Hiromu Arakawa for me is one of the greatest mangaka ever :3

Of course you have the obvious ones like JoJo's Bizarre Adventure parts 7 and 8, Berserk, and Vagabond. I highly recommend works like Goodnight Punpun (or anything by Inio Asano), Shamo, and especially Kokou no Hito (The Climber). These three are not as well known, but they are gorgeous. Here is an example of the beautiful art in Kokou no Hito:

I'll simply run with the undeniable decision in Vagabond. That workmanship is totally dazzling.

Arpeggio of Blue Steel is amazing also
Full Metal Alchemist was mentioned, but she also have Arslan, Siver Spoon (unfinished as of now, waiting to see how it will end anxiously) which are great
Blame! - Tsutomu Nihei - no one else have that feel of Ginourmous structures and the Gravitational gun shooting. Still remember when he did the Wolverine
Aria
The angle of the shot they take in One Piece is also worth mentioning
Of course, Obata from Death Note, Bakuman among other works

Dimension W, King of Thorn have an inimitable style,

but as best... difficult. Each style have its own tastes, some realist, some well shown, some are how they express, some are beautiful, some are very dynamic, some are really well manga, etc, etc. (actually, that's what i love in manga - not like Marvel or DC, where you can't find too many styles as you find in manga - they have, but not enough)

Its one of the rare few manga where I find the fan service to be actually hilarious because of how over the top it can be.
